Sept 5-11 | 7 days | $1595 | strenuous

Beginning at Summit Point (elev. 6500 feet), we hike 7 miles to our camp near Crater Lake. On the second day, we walk down Cliff Creek and then hike up the Imnaha River to the headwaters of the South Fork, making it a nine-mile day. On the third day we cover 5 miles, trekking over Hawkins Pass (8400 feet), down to Frasier Lake then up to Glacier Lake where we camp for 2 nights. Our fourth day is for exploring the Glacier Lake area. On the fifth day, we take a short hike over Glacier Pass and down to the Lakes Basin area for our fifth and sixth nights. The sixth day can be spent climbing Eagle Cap (9595 feet) or wandering among the lakes. On our final day, we descend over 2000 feet in eight miles to the Two Pan trailhead on the Lostine River.
